An L-plater driver in Australia might need to clock up a few more practice hours after his morning drive ended with his car perched on top of another.
The crash happened in Sydney's west on Friday morning.
The green sedan was seen fish-tailing down a road in Cartwright moments before it mounted a median strip and came to rest on the roof of a white sedan."I was stationary to make a right-hand turn and what happened was I heard the screeching, next minute I looked over [and] there's this car fish-tailing across and I'm thinking, where's he going to stop?" said Zoran, the driver in the now partially-flattened white vehicle.
"He kept on going, next minute I thought, will he stop? No he didn't," said Zoran who declined to give his last name.
"So he just mount (sic) the median strip and went flying, landed on top of me and I was showered with glass.
The L-plater sent his car over a median strip and landed on top of another car in Cartwright on Friday morning.
"I just tried to get out of there as quickly as possible in case there was a fire," Zoran said.
The L-plater driver and his two female passengers escaped without serious injury.
The young driver and his companions had minor cuts to their hands.
Police have been contacted for comment.
